Billing Specialist in Cleveland, OH
Title: Billing Specialist | Hire Type: Permanent
Currently seeking a Billing Specialist who will work with attorneys and legal assistants in processing client billings. Candidates must be able to adapt quickly to requirements of new ebilling sites. Candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality and perform duties in a timely and accurate manner. Candidate will also resolve discrepancies and provide documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist
- Ensure accuracy in the processing and delivery of (via mail, email, e-billing platforms) high volume invoices (500+) per month
- Maintain client information; set up on applicable e-billing platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues and errors
Education/Experience
Requirements for the Billing Specialist
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to two years billing experience
- Paperless Proforma, Ebilling Hub and Elite experience
- ARCS and Crystal Reports experience helpful
- Superior internal and external customer service support
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
